Data conversion from your previous software to HOAware is free of charge. Our team will work with you to import your homeowner data, property records, and historical violation information to make the transition as smooth as possible.

Not at all — we take care of everything. HOAware performs automatic daily backups of all your data, including homeowner records, violation histories, ACC applications, documents, and photos. Monthly billing is straightforward and transparent. Your credit card will be charged on the 30th of each month. Detailed invoices are available in your account for easy tracking. We accept all major credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and can arrange invoicing for larger communities.

Apart from the monthly subscription fees, there are no hidden costs. Support, training, software upgrades, and data migration are all included. Any optional additional services or add-ons will be clearly outlined before you commit.
